Enjoying a puff..
The minute you step out of the hustle and bustle of a city, life takes on a completely different pace. Time takes on a different meaning and people have the time to sit down and do whatever it is that they want to do at leisure.
Station with a view
The 5 villages that make up the Cinque Terre national park on the italian coast are all connected by this train track which runs along the edge of the cliff…such a beautiful place!
Theatricality!
I happened to be in Venice for their famous Carnival, and the seafront boardwalk was buzzing with masked and costumed people, with their faces painted and plenty of vendors probably having their highest sales for the year! Check it out on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnival_of_Venice

This place is seriously amazing! Walking along the paths cut into the rock cliff, watching the amazing blue sea!
Shadow
This was a building outside the castle of Blois, with such a lovely shadow of the neighbouring tree, that i had to click!
Water falls
Minus all the junk and wrappers lying around, and the yapping tourists (including us!) this can be quite a serene spot.
