An interesting butte formation at the Badlands national park in South Dakota. Rich fossil deposits at this place aided in studying the evolution of mammal species such as horses, rhinos, sheep and pig.
More in a future post.
Seen at Bandipur National Park, Karnataka. I shot this single 12 minute exposure at the end of shooting the “Star Trails” (click here to view this post) to wrap things up. This turned out to be better than I expected. I am in love with nightsky photography 🙂
