This vendor sells Bhelpuri (an Indian snack) in Rohtang Pass, a high mountain pass on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas. Rohtang Pass is at an altitude of 3,978 m or 13,051 ft. The vendor was standing in freezing cold awaiting customers. I had to make an HDR to bring out the drama in the picture. He was kind enough to pose for my camera.
