Another pic from my travelogue which served as my wallpaper for a while. This was shot near one of Mumbai’s famous weekend “getaways” – somewhere between Mahabaleswar and Panchgani. Supposed getaways atleast as the places were packed to the hilt with tourists like us!
Having grown up next to a beach, I am a big fan of cliff-sides. This was shot at Lizard Point in Cornwall (maybe because that place looks like a lizard?).
Everywhere in this country is really green, but what i found more fascinating is how different each tree looks over a year. This was clicked in late February this year.
The “deadliest” local railway network in the world. They continue to add new trains but i doubt we’ll ever see a change in the sights, sounds and smell of travelling in the mumbai locals!
A day at the Kew gardens and an encounter with some butterflies that i’ve never seen before. Didnt notice this little guy until it flew off from a leaf.
