Are you sure these are Punjabi? I guess these are not.
And that is because the Punjabi juttis have a support for the ankle. Like in a shoe.
The ones here look like embroidered slippers. And a jutti is not a slipper.
Punjabi juttis for women can be without ankle support too 🙂
