Punjabi Juttis are a type of footwear of Punjabi origin that are common in North India and Pakistan. They are traditionally made up of leather with extensive embroidery, and once used to incorporate real gold and silver threads.
These are actually very popular where I live. The only thing you need to take care of is that whatever pair you buy fits you well, otherwise you know, shoebites are nasty.
Are you sure these are Punjabi? I guess these are not.
And that is because the Punjabi juttis have a support for the ankle. Like in a shoe.
The ones here look like embroidered slippers. And a jutti is not a slipper.
lovely shoes, thanks MJ
Thanks MJ ๐
