Punjabi Juttis

Punjabi Juttis are a type of footwear of Punjabi origin that are common in North India and Pakistan. They are traditionally made up of leather with extensive embroidery, and once used to incorporate real gold and silver threads.

  1. Are you sure these are Punjabi? I guess these are not.
    And that is because the Punjabi juttis have a support for the ankle. Like in a shoe.
    The ones here look like embroidered slippers. And a jutti is not a slipper.
